When will my return be processed?Updated a month ago

Once your return has been received at our depot, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed.

After your return has been processed, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

During peak trading periods, including promotional events, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

Please note that returns are processed on business days only and are not processed on weekends or New South Wales public holidays.
